It’s really no secret that whenever I go to London I will always get a coffee in Covent Garden. Every time.
I don’t know why but there’s just something about Covent Garden that’s wonderful, inviting and exciting. A coffee-worthy hotspot.
I was lucky enough to be in London the other day and as I found myself in Covent Garden, sipping on coffee, it got me thinking. Why am I so drawn to this place, why are so many drawn to this place?
The atmosphere is matchless; shoppers, show-watchers, locals and tourists alike are drawn to the electric buzz of Covent Garden every day. The look of the place is also so individual and quirky. From the market hall with it’s two storeys and the individual shops that line it and those that are tucked away underneath it to the grey cobbled streets and those iconic red phone boxes, the whole place has an aesthetic of it’s own.
No matter what the weather, rain or shine, the place is always alive and vibrant.
I love Covent Garden. And the coffee it serves up…
